We ship from US warehouses — no customs, no import fees, no waiting on a boat. Standard shipping is $4.95, and it's free on orders over $50. We process orders in 1–3 business days, and delivery takes a further 3–7 once shipped. Tracking is emailed to you the moment it leaves the warehouse.

Your order may arrive in packaging displaying the manufacturer's or supplier's branding rather than the CampOnGo name. Arrives damaged, defective or wrong? Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
Please don't ship anything back before contacting us — returns sent without prior authorisation can't be processed.
