We want you to love your gear. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.

30-Day Returns

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. Email support@campongo.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or stops working, contact us within 30 days with a photo or short video — we'll ship a free replacement or refund you in full. No need to return the damaged item.

Wrong or Missing Items

Received the wrong product, or something's missing from your order? Email us and we'll fix it at no cost to you.

Refund Timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? Contact us within 12 hours of ordering. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — but you can return it under our 30-day policy.
